Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals into property investors
- Present and sell luxury residential and investment properties
- Structure and close high-value real estate transactions
- Provide strategic investment advisory services to clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights on premium property trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in luxury real estate sales or property investment advisory
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals
- Robust network of high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
- Deep understanding of the Lagos luxury real estate market
