Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Explain Scarlet Finance investments products clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into investors.
- Develop and maintain an investor pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare investment proposals and presentations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and commitments.
- Support investor onboarding and documentation.
- Achieve agreed investment acquisition and revenue targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales relationship management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration
- Marketing, Banking and Finance or a related discipline.
- Age: 24 Years and above.
- 1-7 Years Experience in Banking, Relationship Management, Business Development,
- Investment, Wealth Management, Insurance, Fintech or Financial Services is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of basic investment concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales and business development orientation.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with high-value clients.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Ability to work with targets and independently generate leads.
