Inventory & Weighbridge Officer
Job summary
The ideal candidate will oversee inventory control processes, maintain accurate stock records, manage weighbridge operations, and ensure proper documentation and accountability for inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the management, monitoring, and accountability of all company inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, damaged, or returned.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and report shortages, excesses, discrepancies, or unusual stock movements promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of all inventory transactions and operational activities.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconciliation exercises to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Operate and manage the company's weighbridge efficiently and accurately.
- Accurately capture and record the weight of incoming and outgoing trucks, goods, and materials.
- Verify truck details, load quantities, and weighbridge tickets before approval and documentation.
- Ensure all weighbridge records are properly documented, filed, and reconciled with inventory records.
- Work closely with production, logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of inventory activities.
- Monitor the movement of goods within the facility to reduce losses, wastage, theft, and inventory leakage.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Location: Awkuzu, Anambra.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 180,000
