We are seeking an experienced and organized Inventory & Store Manager to oversee all store and inventory operations across Ucalux project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating storekeepers, maintaining proper inventory records, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting project teams with timely material supply.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all site storekeepers to ensure compliance with company inventory standards.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date central record of all materials, tools, and equipment across project sites.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and standard operating procedures for stock management.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as required to prevent project delays.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations with project and finance teams.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials in line with approved documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation of material movement—goods received notes (GRN), material request forms, and issue vouchers.
- Collaborate with procurement and project managers to forecast material requirements and manage logistics between sites.
- Ensure all inventory records are updated using manual and digital systems (e.g., Excel or inventory software).
- Enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards within all store facilities.
- Train and mentor storekeepers on stock control procedures and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in inventory/store management within a construction or engineering company.
- Proven experience supervising multiple store locations or teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and documentation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
