Inventory Officer- Production & Raw Materials

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Inventory card for all Raw Materials; advising the accountant and the MD on all inventory levels, receipts and issuance with early-warnings to avert out of stock positions
• Share with the accountants & MD on weekly basis full Production Report that encompasses; yields, Wastages levels by product, Materials consumed ( Flour, Sugar, Premix condiments, Breads Bags etc.) relative to actual outputs
• Ensure daily call out & Accounting of B&D and Production process related losses; surfacing the causes of these losses
• Ensure all production/ inventory related documentations are posted to the ERP
• Conduct regular cycle stock count of raw materials inventory 
• Other analytical responsibilities & reporting as may be assigned by the accountant.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 3 years related experience
• Must be experienced in Factory accounting , business analysis and performance management
