We are recruiting on behalf of a growing supermarket in Anthony, Lagos, looking for a proactive Inventory Officer to take full control of stock management and help reduce losses while improving efficiency.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and transferred
- Monitor stock levels and trigger timely re-orders
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and monitor expiry dates
- Prevent losses by identifying damages, theft, or stock variances
- Prepare inventory reports to support business decisions
- Work closely with sales, store, and accounts teams.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, storekeeping, or retail
- Strong Excel skills and basic inventory system knowledge
- Close attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Ability to stay organized in a busy environment
