We are looking to hire a dedicated Inventry Officer

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of company inventory, including office equipment, loan materials, and other assets.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of necessary items.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track movement of inventory items and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams on stock requirements and deliveries.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and security of all inventory items.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control policies and procedures.
- Support operational teams to ensure adequate stock for smooth loan operations.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of inventory management and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential) and inventory management systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
Benefits:
- Basic Salary: NGN 75,000 (subject to review based on experience)
- Bonuses: Daily and weekly performance-based bonuses (up to NGN 20,000)
