As the Inventory Officer at Home Bargains Nigeria, you will be responsible for overseeing the store’s inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient operations. You will monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Track Stock Levels: Regularly check inventory levels to ensure they match the store’s needs and demand patterns.
- Conduct Audits: Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile with the records to identify discrepancies.
- Analyze Variances: Investigate any differences between physical stock and system records to resolve issues.
- Generate Reports: Create regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, orders, and adjustments.
- Evaluate Procedures: Regularly assess inventory management processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the store’s inventory management practices.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- HND/Degree in a related field
- Candidate should have good experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Working Hours: Two Sundays in a month 11am - 6pm.
