Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses/stores, conduct routine audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Analyze sales trends and stock turnover rates to forecast product demand and maintain optimal reorder points.
- Liaise with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, resolve delivery discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock damage, theft, obsolescence, and shrinkage.
- Coordinate stock movements, receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows to maximize storage space and operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports, cost analyses, stock valuation statements, and present actionable insights to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
