International Sales Assistant
Job summary
As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts, especially in Europe. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their hiring challenges and proposing tailored RPO and recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for RPO and recruitment services in the UK or Japan.
- Understand client business models, hiring needs, and organizational challenges.
- Propose appropriate recruitment solutions (RPO, project-based hiring, global talent sourcing, etc.).
- Utilize LinkedIn and other channels for outbound sales and relationship building.
- Manage sales KPIs and pipeline to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client success.
Requirements:
- Experience in international B2B sales (especially in the UK) at startups.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Able to attend weekly meetings on time (Wednesday morning).
