Job Summary
234lofts Resort is a luxury Beach Resort that offers a range of services including luxury beachfront, accommodation, SPA, Private Cabanas, a Restaurant and Bar, Grill and a Lazy River Pool. We deliver comprehensive range of services to our esteemed clients in the hospitality and food. Our team implements thoughtful, strategic, passionate and top notch customer service to our clients. This is a full-time on-site role as an Internal Auditor at 234Loft Resorts located in Lagos State, Nigeria. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting and leading internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with regulations. You will also analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, develop audit plans, and communicate audit findings to management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data
- Examining company accounts and financial control systems
- Gauging levels of financial risk within organizations
- Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
- Ensuring that assets are protected
- Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made
- Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
- Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
- Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
- Undertaking reviews of wages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in using audit software and tools
- Professional certification (e.g. CIA, CPA) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience in internal auditing or related field
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and present findings to stakeholders
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
