Restuarant Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

Full Audit Cycle:

• Performing the full audit cycle, which involves assessing risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives and regulations.
• Determining the internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
• Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, and flowcharts.

Reporting and Recommendations:

• Preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results and document processes.
• Acting as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
• Identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion measures and cost savings.

Continuous Monitoring:

• Maintaining open communication with management and the audit committee.
• Documenting processes and preparing audit findings memoranda.
• Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven working experience as an Internal Auditor mid level.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, excel or google sheet, databases management.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.
• Sound independent judgment.
