Core Functions
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Supporting communication and relationship building with airlines, tourism boards, and vendors.
- Package Creation & Research: Designing new travel packages based on market research and current industry trends.
- Trip Execution & Logistics: Assisting in the logistics and planning and on-ground support for group tours and travel initiatives.
Functions
- Assist with Client Bookings: Support travel consultants in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Handle Travel Documentation: Prepare and organize travel documents such as itineraries, visas, and insurance papers.
- Customer Service Support: Provide prompt responses to client inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Vendors: Liaise with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for confirmations, updates, and changes.
- Assist in Visa Processing: Guide clients on visa requirements and assist in document collation.
- Post-Travel Follow-Up: Collect client feedback after trips and relay insights to improve services.
- Industry Tool Mastery: Learn and apply key booking platforms, CRM software, and other travel industry tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales and travel professionals to support growth initiatives and continuous learning.
- Research, draft, and edit articles, blog posts, and news updates for publication on the company’s website.
- Assist in preparing presentations for corporate partners, airlines, and tourism boards.
- Support project planning and evaluation, and report on internship contributions.
- Work on any other task that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- Strong interest in travel operations, tour planning, and logistics.
- Ability to assist in creating travel packages based on market research and current industry trends.
- Comfortable coordinating with airlines, tourism boards, and other vendors.
- Detail-oriented and capable of supporting trip execution, including on-ground logistics.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Monthly Milestone Bonus
The following milestones are mandatory and consistent with our operating policies.
- Assist to generate 20 new leads and update them on the CRM Portal
- Independently manage and close at least 20 client support tickets
- Draft and publish at least 3 press releases, blog posts or articles.
- Complete and present one concise report analyzing the packages of 3 top competitor travel packages in our primary market.
- Develop 1 policy / SOP to improve our service execution and general processes
