Intermediate UI Designer

• Ability to work under timelines and changing priorities

• Ability to translate business requirements into user centric designs
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
• Awareness of accessibility and secure design considerations
• Understanding of enterprise design and governance standards
• Ability to support multiple projects where required
• Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and design requirements
• Working effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience depending on role level (Intermediate,
  

Specialist, or Consultant).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering,
  

Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).

• Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC
• Demonstrated experience working in enterprise scale digital, IT, or technology environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross functional
  

collaboration

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
