Project Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior design and fit-out projects. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all works are executed to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage interior fit-out projects from site commencement through completion and handover.
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, installers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, procurement plans, and site activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
- Review completed works against approved drawings, specifications, and finishing standards.
- Identify defects, poor workmanship, and potential quality issues before project handover.
- Ensure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment are delivered and installed correctly.
- Track project progress, costs, and outstanding actions.
- Prepare site reports, snag lists, progress updates, and handover documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Drive projects to completion while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing construction, renovation, fit-out, or interior execution projects.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing works, joinery, furniture installation, ceilings, flooring, painting, lighting, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong vendor and contractor management experience.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project tracking tools.
- Has a keen eye for detail and finishing quality.
- Can distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable workmanship.
- Understands luxury and mid-to-high-end finishing standards.
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues before they become costly reworks.
- Holds contractors and suppliers accountable for quality and timelines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced project environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
