Interior Architect

Location: Lagos state

Key Responsibilities
Design Development
Design, plan, and execute interior architectural projects from concept through completion.
Create innovative interior architecture concepts that align with client needs and brand identity.
Develop mood boards, sketches, layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
Develop interior design concepts that align with project goals, budgets, and client expectations.
Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
Create and manage technical documentation including floor plans, sections, elevations, lighting layouts, and detailed joinery drawings
Project Management
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors during all project phases.
Participate in site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
Client Interaction
Conduct client briefings and present design proposals.
Provide expert advice on interior design elements including materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes.
Revise designs based on feedback and approvals.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
Prepare and submit necessary permits and documentation for approval.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design.
Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
