Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities;
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, budget, and preferred style
- Develop detailed interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, and finishing specifications
- Produce technical drawings, 3D visualisations, mood boards, and design presentations for client approval
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and material specifications for procurement
- Work closely with site supervisors to ensure design intent is faithfully executed on site
- Conduct regular site inspections to review the quality of finishes and resolve design queries
- Manage client relationships from concept stage through to project handover
- Keep an updated company brochure with all recently concluded projects, and keep abreast of trends in interior design, materials, and finishing technologies
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and client requirements
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Media team to document and showcase completed projects
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
