- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Intercontinental Chef, with a focus on grilled chicken salad, BBQ chicken, shrimp dishes, vegetable stir-fry, and other international specialties.
- Proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines, including but not limited to American, Mediterranean, Asian, and European.
- Strong creativity and culinary flair, with a passion for exploring new flavors and ingredients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with certification preferred.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary school or institution preferred.
