Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in Kaduna and environs.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard high-value individual and corporate clients.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and business continuity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead market storming sessions, activations, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar business development role, preferably within the Kaduna market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit strategic targets.
- Deep understanding of the local socio-economic and business landscape in Northern Nigeria.
Remuneration: NGN 6,000,000 – 8,000,000 Gross Annual (plus standard benefits)
