We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Insurance Advisor to promote insurance products and services, generate business opportunities, and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Present and explain insurance products, policy benefits, coverage options, and pricing to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, negotiate terms where applicable, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy applications, and sales activities in the company's systems.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or insurance marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
