Instagram Sales Closer

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other assigned communication channels.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales by recommending suitable products and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and building long-term customer relationships.
• Represent the RLG Cosmetics brand professionally while promoting products, campaigns, and new launches.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Training or certification in Sales, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in online sales, customer service, social media sales, or e-commerce.
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets through social media platforms.
