Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections across Abuja.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties.
- Create engaging property content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Present properties confidently on camera.
- Assist with property marketing and sales activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and property owners.
- Ensure all inspections are completed professionally and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Female applicant.
- Must reside in Abuja.
- Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work extensively in the field.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's licence.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Confident speaking and presenting on camera.
- Comfortable creating social media content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
