Join our mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. As the Innovation & Equity Manager, you will shape the innovation and renovation agenda for a portfolio of beloved brands across West Africa. You will champion consumer centric growth, drive brand equity, and deliver commercially impactful innovation that fuels sustainable revenue and profit.

Responsibilities:
Innovation & Renovation Leadership:
- Develop and execute the innovation/renovation strategy aligned with brand vision and long‑term growth priorities.
- Lead ideation, concept development, and commercialization of new products across core, adjacencies, PPA, and geo‑expansion opportunities.
- Partner with brand teams to renovate core brands and strengthen the overall portfolio.
Brand Equity & Communication Excellence:
- Integrate innovation into marketing communication plans, ensuring strong consumer relevance and brand consistency.
- Drive equity‑building initiatives across traditional media, digital, branded content, and experiential platforms.
- Ensure all internal and external partners operate around a unified “core idea” for each brand.
Portfolio & Performance Management:
- Manage brand architecture and portfolio strategy to maximize growth and profitability.
- Monitor innovation performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and profit objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
Cross‑Functional & Agency Leadership:
- Work effectively with design, innovation, and research agencies to deliver breakthrough ideas.
- Champion co‑creation models that enhance speed, creativity, and executional excellence.
- Foster strong collaboration across marketing disciplines and multifunctional teams.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within food, FMCG, or regional consumer roles.
- Proven track record in product innovation—from idea generation to market launch.
- Strong understanding of branding, trade, channels, and consumer insights.
- Experience working in a matrixed multinational environment.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Professional marketing certifications or membership (e.g., CIM, NIMN) are an added advantage.
