Role Overview
WATT Renewable Corporation is seeking a full-time, on-site IT Services Specialist in Lagos. This role provides hands-on technical support and helps maintain the technology infrastructure that keeps our office and field operations running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, support core collaboration tools, strengthen access control and documentation, and ensure efficient, secure, and reliable IT services across teams.
Role Purpose
Support and maintain WATT’s technology infrastructure and operational systems—ensuring reliability, security, and performance across office and field teams. IT is foundational to service delivery, reporting, and operational discipline.

Core Responsibilities
1) Infrastructure & Support
- Maintain networks, end-user systems, and connectivity across office and field environments
- Provide responsive troubleshooting and technical support (onsite and remote as needed)
- Perform minor hardware troubleshooting/repairs (laptops, peripherals, basic network devices)
- Coordinate resolution of recurring issues and document root causes/actions taken
2) Platforms & Operations Enablement
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Maintain basic identity/access hygiene (account provisioning, group access, permissions, MFA support)
- Support monitoring tools, NOC/operations systems, and relevant business applications
- Support business workflows and assist with ERP support (including Odoo where applicable)
3) Security & Controls
- Manage access controls, backups, and security baselines (in line with internal policies)
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system/service reports
- Coordinate vendors for hardware/software procurement and managed services
- Support IT policy implementation and compliance standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–6 years experience in IT support, infrastructure, or IT service delivery
- Strong proficiency supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Demonstrated troubleshooting capability across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Strong customer service mindset with clear communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate across teams
