Responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.
- Implementing cybersecurity measures, access controls, and data protection procedures.
- Managing system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Supporting users and providing technical assistance and training.
- Managing databases, applications, and system integrations where applicable.
- Assessing existing systems and recommending improvements or upgrades.
- Documenting IT processes, configurations, incidents, and system changes.
- Working with vendors and service providers to maintain IT equipment and services.
- Ensuring IT systems comply with organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the implementation of new information systems and technology projects.
Requirements:
