Responsibilities:
- Answer walk-in customer questions regarding features, prices, availability, and warranties.
- Account Management and Retention
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
- Follow up with existing Clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent use of Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like sales force, Hubspot etc to track sales interactions
- Data Management ability
