Job summary
The independent sales marketer will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, promoting the company’s real estate products, and closing property sales. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, persistence, and the ability to convert prospects into paying client.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Market and promote company properties to prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client engagement both online and offline
- Provide accurate information about available properties and payment plans
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous sales or real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not compulsory
- Must be confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
