Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, friendly and enthusiastic In-Store Sales Representative to join our team and provide an amazing shopping experience for our customers in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, answering questions, making sales and packaging customers' orders.

Experience Level : Entry level
Experience Length : 1 year
Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Operate Point of Sales software, handle payments, package orders and dispatch accordingly.
Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Familiarise yourself with our menu, ingredients, and promotions.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Higher National Diploma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Friendly and approachable demeanour
Pay close attention to details
Candidate must reside in or around Victoria Island
Must be able to work on Saturdays and holidays.
Should be willing to work with the company long term.
