In-House Sales Representative
Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven In-House Sales Representative to join our boutique. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring our boutique maintains an inviting and well-organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and attend to them professionally, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and product features.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fashion retail experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate a POS system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
