Implementation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead platform rollouts and drive day-to-day adoption across business units
• Visit business units to see how the product is being used and where it's falling short
• Troubleshoot user issues and act as the technical partner for the local team
• Translate ground-level feedback into clear requirements for the engineering team
• Chase deliverables, remove blockers, and keep tasks moving
• Test new features before rollout
• Onboard new fleet operator clients
• Keep the Product Owner updated on progress, risks, and prioritie

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in implementation, customer success, product operations, or technical account management at a software company
• Demonstrated experience rolling out software and driving adoption — not just supporting it
• Solid grasp of how software systems work (databases, dashboards, user roles, integrations)
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical people
• Highly organised, relentless follow-through, takes initiative without being told
• Willing to travel to client sites in Lagos and occasionally other states (Day travel)

What we offer:

• Remuneration: NGN 250,000 –330,000/month, based on experience
• All field travel and transport fully covered or reimbursed
• 90-day review with pathway to renewal or full-time conversion
