Involve Community Engagement Initiative (ICEI) is seeking a tech-forward ICT Manager to oversee our digital infrastructure. You will be the backbone of our remote operations, ensuring our data is secure and our systems are seamless as we drive SDG impact across Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cloud infrastructure (Google Workspace/AWS) and cybersecurity.
Oversee database systems for beneficiaries and M&E.
Provide remote IT support and lead digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure data protection compliance.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Workspace Admin, Slack, and remote troubleshooting tools.
Experience with CRM/MIS systems.
A passion for using technology for social good.
