Position Summary
We are hiring a Sales Associate with at least 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the overall business development goals of the agency. Prior sales experience is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel products and services to clients (flights, hotels, travel packages, tours, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice
- Manage bookings, quotations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Support the sales team with administrative and client service tasks
- Identify market trends and report customer feedback to the management
- Meet set sales targets and contribute to team goals
Qualification:
- HND/BSc in a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to sell and upsell products and close deals
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in a CRM software tool is a plus
Remuneration: Between N70,000 - N100,000 asides commissions.
