Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will manage employee relations, implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and manage personnel records. Additionally, the role involves conducting recruitment activities, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and employment regulations.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and related processes
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage employee relationships
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in the HR field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
