Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Officer at JusticeSure. The Human Resources Officer will oversee HR management tasks, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Primary responsibilities include creating job descriptions, supporting team recruitment efforts, assisting in onboarding processes, and addressing HR-related inquiries to support the organization’s mission and values. Collaboration with diverse, remote teams and maintaining inclusive work practices will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in HR Policies development and implementation
• Skill in Job Description Development and recruitment processes
• Ability to work in a collaborative remote environment with diverse teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with legal technology or social impact initiatives is a plus
