The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in HR or administrative management.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
