Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment for all local positions in Nigeria, establishing local talent pipelines to support rapid business expansion.
- Performance & Incentives: Develop and implement performance management and incentive systems to drive results and business growth.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations and labor risks, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- HR Business Partnering: Partner closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, cost control, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to drive results in complex environments and strong resilience under pressure.
- Background in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Proven experience in building HR systems from 0 to 1 or during rapid expansion.
- Familiar with Nigerian local labor law and HR compliance practices.
- Fluent in English as a working language.
