Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Leading the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing orientation programs.
- Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Overseeing performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Providing coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure HR strategies remain effective and competitive.
Administration:
- Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and the HR department.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR management, with demonstrated experience in administration.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment standards and labor laws.
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
