As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations while also providing exceptional administrative support.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Leading the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing orientation programs.
  • Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Overseeing performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
  • Providing coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure HR strategies remain effective and competitive.

Administration:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and the HR department.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR management, with demonstrated experience in administration.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment standards and labor laws.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
