Human Resources Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a mature, emotionally intelligent HR professional to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for building a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR policies and compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with emotional intelligence
- Administer payroll, benefits, leave management, and statutory remittances in line with Nigerian Labour Law
- Drive performance management, training, and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Provide HR reports and insights to the MD/COO to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2nd Class Lower / Upper Credit HND
- Minimum 2 years in a similar HR role with hands-on experience
- CIPM certification is an added advantage
- 30 years and above
- Male/Female – all qualified candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and maturity in handling sensitive issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Leadership and team management skills
- Execution excellence and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act and HR best practices
- Real Estate industry experience is an advantage
Remuneration: NGN400,000 Net monthly
