Job summary

We are seeking a mature, emotionally intelligent HR professional to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for building a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR policies and compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies  
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with emotional intelligence
  • Administer payroll, benefits, leave management, and statutory remittances in line with Nigerian Labour Law
  • Drive performance management, training, and career development programs
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Provide HR reports and insights to the MD/COO to support strategic decision-making


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2nd Class Lower / Upper Credit HND
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar HR role with hands-on experience
  • CIPM certification is an added advantage
  • 30 years and above
  • Male/Female – all qualified candidates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High emotional intelligence and maturity in handling sensitive issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Execution excellence and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act and HR best practices 
  • Real Estate industry experience is an advantage


Remuneration: NGN400,000 Net monthly
