We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s growth, productivity, and long-term success.
This role requires a visionary professional with the ability to connect HR strategies directly to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Alignment
- Translate the company’s vision and mission into actionable HR strategies.
- Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term organizational plans.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and support business innovation.
2. Revenue Growth & Cost Optimization
- Implement HR structures and systems that boost productivity and drive profitability.
- Introduce programs that reduce operational costs and improve workforce efficiency.
3. Performance Management & KPIs
- Design and implement performance indicators across all departments.
- Develop and manage balanced scorecards for monitoring, evaluation, and project tracking.
4. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
- Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with the company’s expansion goals.
5. HR Technology & Digital Innovation
- Champion automation, HRIS, and digital communication tools to enhance workflow and engagement.
6. Employee Relations & Work Culture
- Promote a healthy work environment rooted in discipline, respect, and compliance.
- Oversee attendance systems, communication, and consistent policy enforcement.
7. Administrative & Operational Excellence
- Manage HR audits, documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Improve and maintain office structures to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
8. Social Impact & CSR
- Coordinate the company’s foundation programs and CSR initiatives to support community engagement.
9. Organizational Structure & Policy Development
- Create, implement, and upgrade HR policies, frameworks, and organizational hierarchies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience in HR management.
- Strong ability to link HR deliverables to revenue, profit, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance management and KPI development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and digital HR capabilities.
- Experience in building HR systems, corporate policies, and organizational structures.
Qualification
- B.Sc in Business Administration (required)
- Professional HR certifications (advantage)
