Responsibilities:Requirements:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Collaborate with clients and management to understand security needs and deliver customized security solutions.
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide personnel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and security technology.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
