  • You will support leadership in conducting meaningful performance reviews and staff development conversations.
  • You will align individual performance goals with broader business and patient care objectives.

Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing

  • You will champion a high-performance, values-driven culture rooted in excellence and patient-centred care.
  • You will drive employee engagement and retention initiatives that keep our people motivated and committed.
  • You will implement staff welfare and burnout mitigation strategies, especially within clinical teams.

Compliance & Policy Governance

  • You will ensure full compliance with labour laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • You will oversee clinical credentialing, staff documentation, and policy enforcement across all locations.

Learning & Development

  • You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, measurable learning interventions.

HR Operations

  • You will oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will continuously improve HR processes to enhance the employee experience from onboarding to exit.

What Success Looks Like...

  • Reduced time-to-fill for critical clinical and administrative roles across all five clinics.

  • Zero regulatory or legal compliance breaches across all locations.
  • Measurable improvement in individual and team performance outcomes.
