Human Resources Manager to lead and shape the people function within a dynamic, innovation-driven healthcare organisation. This is more than a traditional HR role. You will serve as a strategic business partner and culture architect, aligning human capital with organisational goals, driving high performance, and fostering a workplace rooted in excellence, accountability, and patient-centred care. Who are we looking for?
- You are a seasoned HR professional with at least 6 years of structured HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- You are a strategic thinker who connects people decisions to business outcomes.

- You are deeply knowledgeable about Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance.

- You are digitally literate and comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Your Responsibilities...
Strategic Leadership
- You will develop and implement HR strategies that are tightly aligned with the organisation's growth objectives and vision.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and COO on workforce planning, organisational design, and people strategy.
- You will anticipate talent needs and design proactive interventions before gaps become problems.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- You will lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top clinical and administrative talent across all five clinics.
- You will partner with department heads to identify and close workforce gaps efficiently.
- You will ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained across all departments at all times.
Performance Management
- You will design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and measurable results.
- You will support leadership in conducting meaningful performance reviews and staff development conversations.
- You will align individual performance goals with broader business and patient care objectives.
Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing
- You will champion a high-performance, values-driven culture rooted in excellence and patient-centred care.
- You will drive employee engagement and retention initiatives that keep our people motivated and committed.
- You will implement staff welfare and burnout mitigation strategies, especially within clinical teams.
Compliance & Policy Governance
- You will ensure full compliance with labour laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
- You will oversee clinical credentialing, staff documentation, and policy enforcement across all locations.
Learning & Development
- You will identify skill gaps and design targeted training programmes to strengthen workforce capability.
- You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, measurable learning interventions.
HR Operations
- You will oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- You will continuously improve HR processes to enhance the employee experience from onboarding to exit.

To be considered for this role you should have...
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' HR experience in a structured environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) - highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
