A leading Clearing and Forwarding company is seeking an experienced Female Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategy, specifically tailored to the logistics and blue-collar workforce, ensuring compliance, culture management, and talent retention.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment for all levels, from truck drivers and warehouse staff to senior management, ensuring swift onboarding to meet operational demands.
- Industrial Relations: Manage employee relations, particularly regarding the unionized workforce (drivers, dock workers); handle grievances and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system to monitor staff efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Labor Laws, NSITF, PENCOM, and industry-specific safety regulations.
- Payroll & Compensation: Oversee payroll processing and manage compensation structures to retain top talent in the competitive logistics market.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female (as specified).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in Clearing & Forwarding, Logistics, or Maritime is highly required.
- Strong knowledge of collective bargaining and managing a dispersed workforce.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt (D-Line).
