Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters and reports.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement programs.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll and attendance record administration where applicable.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
