Job summary

The HR Intern assists the Human Resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, training coordination, and other HR administrative duties. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR practices and policies.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters and reports.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement programs.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll and attendance record administration where applicable.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
