Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Â
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Responsible for other responsibilities as may be assigned by the HR Manager.
- Update internal databases with new employee information.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Human Resources or relevant fieldÂ
- 1 - 2 years post NYSC Experience.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills.
- CIPM Certification or training.
Location: Qualified candidates must reside in Yaba, Lagos.
Qualified candidates for this internship must reside in Yaba or its environs. This requirement ensures accessibility to the workplace and the ability to participate in on-site activities as necessary. Candidates who do not meet this residency requirement may not be considered for the position.
