Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration, while developing essential skills for a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and departmental activities.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.

- Support training and development programs and coordinate logistics.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, HND or OND in any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
