Human Resources Intern
Job summary
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and HR documentation. The intern will gain practical exposure to HR best practices and organizational policies.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documents and orientation materials
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities
- Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and policy documents
- Respond to basic employee queries and direct them to appropriate HR personnel
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management activities
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
