Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Admin (HRIS) to support human resources operations through effective management of employee data and HR information systems.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
- Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, and exit records in the system.
- Input, update, and verify employee information while ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate HR reports relating to headcount, attendance, leave, turnover, and employee information.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related information through the HRIS.
- Assist employees and managers with HRIS-related queries and system processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes by updating candidate and employee information in the HR system.
- Assist with performance management, training, and employee engagement processes through the HRIS.
- Identify data inconsistencies and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly.
- Liaise with HR, IT, payroll, and relevant departments to ensure smooth HRIS operations.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable data protection requirements.
- Assist in improving HR administrative processes through effective use of HR technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in HR administration, HRIS, or a similar HR role.
- Practical experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, or similar systems.
- Good knowledge of employee records management and HR administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent data entry, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR compliance is an added advantage.
- CIPM certification.
