Job summary
BBHH Media Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead the company’s human resources function, covering recruitment, employee management, performance, policies, training, workplace culture and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help build a structured, productive and professional workforce aligned with BBHH’s business objectives

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process from job descriptions to onboarding.
- Develop workforce plans based on the company’s growth and staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, probation, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and manage employee performance appraisal and performance management systems.
- Monitor attendance, leave, employee welfare and workplace conduct.
- Coordinate employee training, professional development and capacity-building programmes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive, professional and productive workplace culture.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations.
- Develop job descriptions, organizational structures and departmental staffing plans.
- Support salary structures, compensation and employee benefits administration.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Advise management on HR matters, workforce planning and employee-related decisions.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis and management updates.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to address staffing and performance needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of organizational development and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR/employee management systems.
