Job descriptions & requirements
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Developing recruitment strategies, attracting talent, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure new hires fit company culture.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to local labour laws, safety regulations and maintaining employment documentation to mitigate legal risks.
- Performance Management: Implementing appraisal systems, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and offering feedback to align staff with company goals.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Fostering a positive work culture, conducting employee engagement surveys, and managing employee relations to boost morale and retention.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Overseeing payroll, managing employee benefits, and conducting market research to ensure competitive pay, as detailed in this Small Business Human Resources Guide.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience.
- A minimum of an HND in human resources or a related field.
