Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Primero Transport Services Limited. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR policies development and implementation, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes.
- Leave Management
- Monitoring attendance
- Payroll Management
- Recruitment
- Coordinating training and training calendar for the period
- Maintaining employee files and HR filing system.
- Performance management
- Handle day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
- Liaise with HODs to handle all HR issues
- Coordinate induction and onboarding of new staff
- Manage employee exits.
Qualifications
- HR Policies and Employee Relations skills
- Knowledge of labour and employment law
- Experience in performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Requirements
- B.sc or HND
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Must reside in Lagos. Preferably on the Mainland.
